We are working with a renowned law firm who are currently looking to recruit within their Employment law division, due to expansion.
Built from a wealth of experience, our client is offering an experienced Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with substantial Employment law experience a great working and supportive environment for you to develop. You will be joining a team of 4 other lawyers who are supported by a team of paralegals.
Experience in handling a full caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters to include:
* Unfair and wrongful dismissals
* Discrimination
* Tribunal claims
* Settlement agreements
* Redundancy
* Restrictive covenants
* Contracts, policies and procedures
* TUPE
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years PQE as a Solicitor of England & Wales (must be UK qualified)
* Grounded technical understanding of all aspects of employment law.
* Competent in meeting expected billing targets.
* Self assured and a natural leader.
* A team player with prospects for business development.
