They are currently looking for a motivated and personable Service/Bookings Advisor to join their team and help them continue delivering excellent service to their valued customers.
Job Description
As a Service/Bookings Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their service inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. You’ll be a key player in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, and bookings.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries to ensure timely responses.
• Handle customer bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations with precision.
• Provide clear, accurate, and friendly communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues or answer specific customer queries.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in our system.
• Maintain an organized workflow and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times and booking accuracy.
• Continuously improve service knowledge to provide the best advice to customers.
Requirements
• Previous customer service or booking experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently.
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Proficiency with office software and booking management systems.
• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
