Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Casual Hospitality Assistant to join our team working at High School of Dundee, Euclid Crescent, Dundee DD1 1HU. You will be working as part of a fantastic team, serving customers, and providing excellent customer service throughout. You will be required to perform basic food preparation and perform general cleaning tasks both back and front of house. What we offer: This is a zero-hours casual contract, but likely to be 20 - 25 hours per week, (mainly Monday – Saturday, with a requirement to work Saturday mornings). Shifts range between Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturdays 8.30am – 1.30pm, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality. Hourly rate £11.44. Uniform provided. A day in the life of a Casual Hospitality Assistant: Setting up Hospitality in rooms and serving teas/ coffee, lunches, events etc. Clearing away after functions / events. Preparing orders as required for hospitality consumables and equipment. Saturday mornings - working with small team at Mayfield Sports mornings, serving teas and coffees, Breakfast Rolls and Soup, taking payments, cleaning and ensuring the kitchen is left in working order for Monday. You will be set up for success if you have: Previous hospitality experience within FOH duties and service areas. Be able to communicate effectively with customers. Well presented. Flexible approach.
