Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst / Researcher at AYP Recruitment, you will be instrumental in gathering, analysing, and managing data to support recruitment efforts. You will provide valuable insights, optimise recruitment strategies, and assist in building a robust talent pipeline for our recruitment consultants. Your ability to analyse trends, identify patterns, and conduct in-depth market research will help us stay ahead in the competitive recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse data from a variety of sources to help inform recruitment strategies and identify talent pools.
2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, candidate availability, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks to support recruitment consultants.
3. Reporting & Insights: Create detailed reports and data visualisations to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team for better decision-making.
4. Database Management: Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all candidate and client information is accurate, up-to-date, and organised.
5. Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to data management processes to ensure efficiency and scalability in recruitment operations.
6. Candidate Sourcing: Use data-driven techniques to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to understand their needs and assist in finding relevant talent for open roles.
Qualifications:
1. Education: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline).
2. Experience: Previous experience in data analysis, research, or recruitment is preferred, but not essential. Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
3. Technical Skills:

5. Knowledge of CRM software is beneficial.
6. Familiarity with data cleaning, data management, and basic statistical analysis.
