Responsibilities
Tasks:
1. Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
2. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
3. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
4. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
5. Wrap and package prepared meats
6. Remove bones from meat
7. Weigh meats for sale
8. Cut poultry into parts
9. Grind meats
10. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
