* Work Experience
Usually offered to high school or college-aged individuals, work experience is a program that allows students to gain experience in a real work environment and normally lasts a period of a few weeks.
* Internships
This is a short-term work experience program that allows students undergoing university degrees and recent graduates to gain experience in a field or industry. Internships can be a few weeks to a year long, and can be full-time or part-time.
* T Levels
This is a technical qualification for 16-19 year olds in England that prepares students for work, further study, or apprenticeships. We offer the industry placement, which is essential for passing this qualification. If you are doing a relevant T Level, get in touch.
* Apprenticeships
This is a type of training linked to a profession or trade with on-the-job training and a program of study. Apprenticeships are designed to meet skills gaps and are a great way to gain real-life experience whilst training and earning a wage. Reach out now to see what apprenticeships we have available.
* Broker Academy
A broker is the middle person between a client who wants to charter an aircraft and any extra services and the operators who own aircraft, catering companies, logistics organizations, etc. Our broker academies offer a set training period (usually around 6 weeks) that teaches participants about aircraft types, our systems and processes, sales and negotiation techniques, as well as soft skills, to set them up to become a successful broker. After the training period, successful candidates will be placed in one of our charter divisions (Private Jets, Group Charter, or Cargo) to learn on the floor from the experts. Those who do well are then offered an Account Manager position where individuals can start building their own book of business and earning commission on top of their salary.
