Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract management.
2. Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational procurement policies and procedures.
3. Generate purchase orders and facilitate their timely processing.
4. Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
5. Monitor stock levels, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and databases.
7. Generate reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and vendor performance.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a procurement administrator, purchasing coordinator, or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, SAP).
3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
