Job summary May Lane Surgery is a busy GP Practice dedicated to delivering excellent healthcare to our patients. We are looking for a GP Receptionist to complement our friendly and supportive team. Main duties of the job We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and committed team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will include answering phones, navigating patients to the correct service and/or appointments, manning the front desk, scanning documents, prescriptions and other administrative tasks requested by the GPs. Experience of working in the NHS or with SystmOne would be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking to recruit staff member(s) to cover a variety of shifts Monday toFriday.
