Teads is looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our growing team as a Senior Sales Manager. This role is cross office and could be based in either Manchester or London.
Within the role, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic agencies across the UK.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To:
1. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
2. Ensure a regular presence with your clients: meetings, presentations, events...
3. Identify new business opportunities
4. Provide a strong consulting dimension and a high-quality service
5. Propose relevant media recommendations adapted to your clients' needs
6. Work in close collaboration with the various internal areas of expertise (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform...) in order to best meet client requirements
7. Build and negotiate annual partnerships
8. Work towards quarterly sales targets
Experience/Background:
1. Successful experience in prospecting, developing the loyalty of key accounts and selling online media is particularly appreciated
2. You have a very good knowledge of the Media/Advertising ecosystem and of the Programmatic landscape
3. Prior experience of working for/with DSP partners would be appreciated
4. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good level of speech
5. Curious, dynamic, you show initiative on a daily basis and enjoy working in a team
6. Adaptable, flexible and a good listener, you have a strong sense of customer service and like to find solutions
