ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be working within their London Pre-construction Division closely with your Line Manager, developing existing client relations and generating new business. You’ll be required to follow up on leads, issue specifications, and manage the full sales and tendering process, working in line with their Estimating and Design departments.

Essential qualifications include technical knowledge and qualifications within the Facade / Building Envelope industry. You should come from either a Technical or Estimating background, but must possess the ability to sell.
You must have experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a proven track record of building client relationships, and the ability to produce estimates and tenders. You will scrutinize and verify supplier and subcontractor quotations for compliance with specifications and must be able to read drawings and design specifications.
Evidence of continued professional development and proven management skills, including the ability to lead and manage individual performance, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation software is required. Qualifications within the industry and at least 10 years in a senior role are desirable. Existing relationships with clients and mechanical contractors are advantageous.
