Your work pattern will normally be five days per week, 12.45 – 4 pm alternating when necessary with other jobholders who currently work between 8.15 a.m. - 11.45 am and 8.45 am – 12.45 pm Applicants must have experience in dealing with the public, good customer care and telephone skills and the ability to use own initiative.
