You will deliver care in line with agreed principles and policies, (Personalised Care Framework) The post holder will co design plans of care with service users, their carers and the multi-disciplinary team,will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, participating in mandatory training and line management and caseload supervision, will contribute to the maintenance of a positive learning experience for students and a psychologically safe environment for team members. The post holder will manage their caseload independently, being responsible for managing their own electronic diary, and scheduling appointments to meet the demand of the job.
