Job Role: Construction Site Administrator

Duration: 3/4 months
Hours: 25 hours per week
This truly is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator within the Construction industry to join one of the best names in the industry. With an ever-growing pipeline of work, new clients, and an expanding team, it's an exciting time to join this dynamic and forward-thinking company.
The role will see you wearing many different hats, working with all teams from design, engineering, operations, and commercial, dealing with a wide range of internal staff, clients, architects, engineers, and more. Working with a number of computer packages, you must have a strong set of IT and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate technical documentation for projects from concept to completion and archive.
2. Deal directly with internal and third-party queries regarding documentation.
3. Scan, document, and file all incoming and outgoing technical documentation.
4. Liaise with design, engineers, and senior management.
5. Maintain Operation & Maintenance / Health & Safety files.
6. Maintain site registers of design reviews.
7. Quality checking all documentation and communication issuing communication status.
What we are looking for:
1. Strong IT skills.
2. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office skills are a must.
3. Previous experience of 4P/4 projects/viewpoint.
4. Experience with Microsoft.
5. Strong English reading and writing skills.
6. A keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to build relationships quickly.
8. Experience working within the construction industry.
