As a first point of contact, you will provide a customer focused housing management service within a designated neighbourhood. The work undertaken will meet the aims and objectives of Stockport Homes and achieve our mission to transform lives.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a customer focused housing management service.
2. Enforce tenancy conditions and challenge behaviours using various tools and powers.
3. Work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
4. Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with partners and colleagues.
5. Manage tenancy details and case work using a wide range of IT packages.
6. Deal with different types of workloads and problems.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
2. High level of resilience.
3. Interest in Housing law relating to the management of Social Housing.
4. Valid current driving licence and access to a car.
