As a general assistant, you will be helping out in the departments with the most need on a day-to-day basis. No two days are the same, and we are looking for someone happy to be versatile and adaptable to assist where needed. Your day-to-day: Cleaning our public areas including guest corridors, kitchen and toilets Cleaning bedrooms, which includes stripping beds, emptying bins, dusting and vacuuming and general cleaning to our high standards Be a trusted contact for all guests by helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary.
