Responsibilities:
1. Carry out service, diagnostic, and repair work efficiently and competently.
2. Complete repair orders to Manufacturer standards, including service check sheets, battery test reports, and printouts from manufacturer's diagnostic equipment.
3. Deliver first-time fix to meet customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure all chargeable labour and workshop consumables are recorded on the job card.
5. Work autonomously within given timescales and complete a wide range of tasks.
6. Comply with warranty write-ups.
7. Deal with customers when necessary.
8. Provide help and support to team members.
Qualifications:
1. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent City and Guilds or BTEC accreditation) qualified with extensive experience working in a Franchised Centre, ideally in a Prestige centre.
2. Technical knowledge and passion for BMW products and technology.
3. Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
4. Thorough knowledge of computer applications and diagnosis equipment.
5. Willingness to learn and develop personal knowledge, keeping up-to-date with complex/technical/product information.
