Role: Reporting to the Marketing Lead, the role is to support the Marketing Lead and the Head of Marketing to ensure successful delivery of all marketing activities, bring campaigns to life, manage our brand presence, and ensure every piece of content shines. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, eager to develop their skills, detail-orientated and ready to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Take charge of executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time—from digital ads to email blasts and social media posts. Managing marketing briefs from to initiation through to completion within agreed timescales ensuring everything is proofed and accurate Liaison with our creative and digital team to secure resource and understand timescales to assist in scheduling and stakeholder management. Maintain our brand standards across all marketing materials, making sure that every touchpoint reflects our identity consistently and professionally. Monitor campaign performance and ensure we’re hitting the mark. Use your analytical skills to report on results and make recommendations for tweaks and improvements. Lead tracking: manage leads within the Salesforce platform, tracking their progress and ensuring a seamless transition from marketing to sales. Additionally, create monthly reports to measure lead conversion rates and revenue generated from these leads. Help keep our campaigns on budget, tracking expenses and ensuring we’re delivering maximum impact without overspending. Support the planning and delivery of events, webinars, and other marketing activities, making sure every detail is covered and the execution is seamless. Accountable for executing and delivering campaigns, and evaluating the results of the marketing spend, including keeping control over campaign spend, forecasting and delivering positive ROI You must be able to travel regularly throughout the UK offices Skills & Experience: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1 years of experience in a marketing execution role, ideally within a matrix or similarly dynamic environment. Email Marketing: proficient in using email marketing platforms to create and manage email campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analysing performance metrics. Content Management Systems (CMS): familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco or Wordpress) for publishing and managing content. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for managing customer data and leads. Data privacy and compliance: ensuring marketing practices adhere to data privacy regulations and industry standards. Continuous learning: a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and video creation.
