An opportunity has just arisen for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join a well-established business, representing a well-known brand.
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in the business. It’s all about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction levels.
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, upselling additional products, and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Previous customer-facing service experience is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance, and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. You’ll also need to hold a full driving licence without excess penalty points.
Previous experience within the role would be very beneficial but is not essential. If you have a solid track record in face-to-face customer service, are IT literate, well-presented, and have a professional demeanor, we’d like to hear from you.
