Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with benefits and incentives
Job Purpose
The role of Commercial Insurance Trainer is a new opportunity at Radius Insurance Solutions, and it is really important to us as we look to continue our journey. We are looking for a passionate individual who is as excited about delivery of excellent service to our clients as we are.
You will work within our Operations Team to deliver exceptional technical commercial insurance training and coaching to a variety of colleagues. This will include development of new employees as well as coaching existing colleagues. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to identify key talent in our business and help grow our colleagues to achieve their full potential. The role will be varied and work across our different insurance offices.
Specifically, this role will be expected to cover both motor and non-motor (‘commercial’) technical product knowledge.
You will be an experienced insurance professional who enjoys sharing your knowledge and helping others reach their full potential.
We would love to welcome you to our insurance team based in either our Sheffield or Leeds office, with the expectation of some travel, working hours of Monday-Friday 08:30 – 5:00pm.
Your responsibilities day to day will be…
Delivery of a technical insurance training programme as part of induction for new joiners.
Coach on a 121 basis or in small groups with colleagues who need that extra support.
Create a training programme that fulfils the needs of our business.
Identify and nurture new talent.
Support Team Managers in delivery of training.
What do we expect of you?
A passion for learning and development.
An experienced Commercial Insurance professional that has extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, both motor and non-motor.
An effective communicator with people of all levels throughout the organisation, with the ability to identify preferred learning styles.
An innovative approach to learning.
Previously held a role within an insurance environment as an Account Handler, Broker or similar.
