Ocean Housing have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join their team, working 36 hours per week, on a permanent basis, with a salary of £24,552 per annum
You will deliver first class customer care services to the Company’s tenants and be the first point of contact for all customers, answering all enquiries wherever possible.
In addition you will be working within a team to:
* Be the first point of contact for all customers, providing a first time resolution approach to answering all customer enquiries wherever possible
* Provide housing advice services over the telephone, via email; online, via social media and in person
* Enter full details of all communications into QL (our in house system) to provide an audit trail to all departments
* Processing incoming payments
* Provide additional administrative support to the Company’s headquarters staff
* Additional cover for Post Services
* Support Customer Experience Manager and Facilities & Customer Experience Advisor in providing Facilities Management Services for Stennack House
