We are looking to recruit an experienced co-manager to work on the Global High Yield Strategies primarily but also to work on other credit strategies (e.g. Leveraged finance and convertibles). The individual we are looking for will collaborate with investment teams to apply the extensive resources of the Global High Yield strategies. The individual will have a focus on the US high yield bond market to generate alpha and in addition communicate ideas to the wider investment teams. We have a holistic approach to constructing Global High Yield portfolios combined with a fundamental credit research focus to ensure robust client outcomes. We follow a rigorous investment process to arrive at high conviction investment ideas with a strong emphasis on risk and ESG embedded in our process.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Experience as a Credit Manager with an attributable track record of outperformance against relevant benchmarks and peer groups in high yield/leveraged finance.
2. Experience focused on US high yield credit would be beneficial.
3. Disciplined portfolio construction skills and risk assessment.
