Requirements: Occupational Therapy professional qualification UK HCPC Registration with no restrictions Specialist knowledge of relevant assessment and treatment models Knowledge of how to work with neurodiverse individuals Main duties: Communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, directors, carers/family members, stakeholders and agencies Provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff including support staff and assistants Make clinical decisions on the most appropriate form of therapy.
