Project Manager - Remediation Works
Region: Gloucester & Welsh Border Region (Projects based from Gloucester northwards)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full project lifecycle management of land remediation projects
2. Liaison with main contractors and stakeholders
3. Effective commercial, programme & HSEQ management
4. Management of site teams and subcontractors
5. Regular site visits & project inspections
6. Reporting progress to the company's owners/directors
7. Ensuring compliance with remediation methodologies and safety standards
8. Travel across the region (accommodation & expenses covered)
Requirements:
1. Project Manager, Contracts Manager or experienced Site Manager ready to step up
2. Black or Gold CSCS Card + SMSTS
3. Proven experience managing remediation, groundworks or civil projects
4. Strong knowledge of asbestos in soils & contaminated land
5. Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
6. Experience working alongside Tier 1/2 Main Contractors
7. Good communication and leadership skills
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. (Experience in the remediation sector is essential)
