The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and expansion of the company’s recruitment services. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of sales, client relationship management, and the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify potential clients in various industries who require recruitment services and develop a targeted lead generation strategy.
* Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive new business opportunities, including networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
* Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms of business with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery and align business development efforts with operational goals.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, requiring 16 hours per week, flexible working hours working remotely or in-office as required.
