The Role Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager with 4 years of experience to join their team full-time. This hybrid role requires two days per week at the client’s central London office in Waterloo, with the remaining time working remotely. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and engaged team embarking on ambitious growth plans within a supportive culture that rewards commitment and ownership. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Analysis : Analyze marketing campaigns, report on metrics and trends, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement testing programs. Annual Marketing Plans : Develop annual marketing plans for each established publication to achieve or exceed readership growth targets. Digital Transformation Support : Contribute to the company’s digital strategy by analyzing customer engagement and behaviour data. New Product Launches : Design and implement marketing strategies for new product launches. Marketing Coordination : Organise and schedule all marketing activities, managing up to 4-5 email campaigns daily, including newsletters, webinar promotions, and targeted content emails. Plan social media strategies for LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). Monitor publication dates for client content, thematic issues, and individual items of content. Quality Assurance : Perform final quality checks on marketing campaigns set up by the Marketing Executive, ensuring accuracy and appropriate scheduling. Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients as needed, supporting their marketing efforts and providing performance reports for their campaigns. Requirements Experience in B2B marketing of technical/scientific content, products, or services is advantageous but not essential. Proficiency in working with marketing databases, including creating data selects using keywords and codes. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and optimise initiatives. Ability to identify the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns using tracking and data analysis. Exceptional organisational skills with an acute attention to detail.
