WHOLESALE ASSISTANT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Assistant at our Head Office in Battersea. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale this fast-paced, dynamic role presents a rewarding opportunity as the Company embarks on a period of exciting strategic growth.

The Anya Village in Pont Street London is the heart of our retail activity alongside The Anya Cafe. The Village Hall has hosted a fabulous collection of innovative concepts, collaborations and exhibitions including the highly acclaimed and popular Ice Cream Store, Santa’s Grotto, AH x The Woman’s Institute, The Dry Drinker, a hairdresser, the A Houndmarch butcher, a garden centre, A Bull in a China Shop.
About the role:
* Assisting the Head of Business Development, Commercial Manager and rest of the team as required
* Collect data and collate weekly sell-through reports
* Day-to-day communication with Wholesale accounts, including department stores and independent retailers
* Collaboration with the production, merchandising, finance & logistic teams to ensure deliveries are made according to agreed timelines
* Responsible for the distribution of seasonal marketing, ecommerce and production assets and samples to wholesale accounts
* Work with the team on preparation ahead of market
* Help to plan and execute market sales appointments
* During market weeks work with partners to conduct appointments, ensuring the correct product mix per account and timely order confirmations
* Research potential partners that offer the right brand adjacencies and sales potential
Personal qualities & qualifications
* Experience in fashion wholesale
* Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills
* A team player with a sense of humour & calm disposition
* Able to take initiative and multi-task
* Sales-oriented with excellent negotiation skills
* Computer literate in Microsoft 365 and OneDrive, particularly Excel and SharePoint
* SAP and JOOR systems knowledge desirable
* Fluent spoken and written English essential. Italian and additional languages an advantage
