Overview:

Role Requirements:
1. Experience gained across a range of food and beverage categories.
2. Being on top of food trends, new ingredients, and process technologies.
3. Someone with the appetite and potential to progress their career further in product development.
4. Educated to degree level (or its equivalent) in a food technology or food science-based subject.
5. 1+ years product development experience.
6. A proactive self-starter.
7. Curious and enthusiastic about food & drink.
8. A people person comfortable making new contacts and maintaining relationships.
9. Methodical and organized, someone who can stick to deadlines and follow procedures.
10. A team player who can influence without relying on job titles.
11. A problem solver, willing to make the improvements you identify, as if it were your own business.
