Corrie Recruitment are looking to recruit a Site Administrator for a temporary contract in the outskirts of Inverness.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on-site by managing logistics for staff/visitors, accommodations, documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and the willingness to assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Accommodation Management:
* Track and manage on-site (around 10 vehicles) .
* Taxi’s for staff and visitors (i.e. airport transfer).
* Maintain records of apartment allocations, including occupancy dates for staff and oversee the cleaning schedules for apartments.
* Organize hotel bookings for staff (15p).
* Help to organize Team building & other events.
Office & Procurement Support:
* Organize and maintain office supplies to support site operations.
* Prepare purchase orders (PO’s), cross checking with deliveries, review invoices and general administrative tasks (i.e. expense sheets; petty cash,…).
* Daily trips for food shopping for site lunches at Tesco, Sainsburys etc.
* Scanning, photocopying, uploading, emailing
* Organize and maintain cloud based filing of project documentation.
