Monarch education is currently looking to recruit a Qualified Primary School Teacher to join a busy primary school in the Smethwick area. We are looking for someone who can go above and beyond to provide students with the best possible education to ensure they're reaching their full potential. This role is a full-time role to start as soon as possible. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs and ability of the whole class. Motivate pupils with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation. Feedback information to parents/careers regarding the pupil's development and areas of improvement. Providing closer support to students who may need it. Supporting the teacher in promoting positive behaviour and managing challenging behaviour. Noticing children's different learning styles and adapting your teaching to suit their needs. The ideal candidate would hold: A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
