This role offers growth and opportunities, and we look forward to discussing these with you We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment and Workforce Coordinator to co-ordinate our labour workforce across multiple projects. This role encompasses all aspects of recruitment, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and the efficient deployment of personnel. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a results-driven mindset to achieve workforce goals. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit skilled CIS workforce members to meet project demands, utilising an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and streamline the recruitment process. Workforce Deployment: Efficiently allocate workforce resources to various projects, ensuring optimal use of skills and availability. Short-Notice Management: Respond swiftly to last-minute workforce requirements and redeployments to maintain project timelines. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with workers, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and workforce activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of workforce deployment, recruitment activities, and project staffing levels. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to workforce management processes to enhance efficiency and responsiveness. What We’re Looking For: Experience/Skills: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, workforce management, or a comparable role within the construction industry or a related field. Strong understanding of CIS workforce requirements and regulations would be a bonus. Effective organisational and multitasking skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using workforce management software and tools.
