Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's diary, ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared for all meetings, and providing administrative support in managing their portfolio of businesses and properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO's diary, including arranging meetings and ensuring they are fully briefed and prepared.
* Provide administrative support in managing the CEO's portfolio of businesses and properties.
* Ensure the CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all meetings, including composing and preparing correspondence on their behalf.
* Run minor errands for the CEO upon request.
* Meet secretariat duties, including publishing agendas, distributing board packs and committee packs, taking minutes, tracking outstanding actions, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
* Proficient in MS Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Experience working in a regulated financial services organisation or other corporate professional services environment would be strongly preferred.
