Job description Manage and mentor a Communication and Engagement Officer (EO), fostering a culture of excellence and creativity. Provide expert guidance on cutting-edge communication and engagement techniques to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the wider CIW team. Collaborate with project leads to develop comprehensive stakeholder mapping and engagement plans for a range of projects. Orchestrate a programme of online and/or face to face events that align with our business priorities and amplify our message to wider audiences. Craft compelling content across various traditional and digital platforms Forge and nurture connections with other inspectorates, stakeholders, and organisations to enhance our engagement work. Develop and maintain an engagement toolkit that keeps CIW at the forefront of best practice. Draft, create and deliver clear content for a range of audiences and channels including online, offline, internal and external and in media. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and externally with appropriate stakeholders such as the National Advisory Board (NAB) and policy officials to enable accurate, appropriate and timely delivery of key messages. Support delivery of tailored and targeted stakeholder engagement, which meets the needs of stakeholders and users of our services. Feed back learnings from your engagement into the business to inform strategy and design.
