Salary: £61,734.17 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,608. There is the ability to progress to £68,343.99 over the next 2 years.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Head of Digital Campaigns. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the UK Labour Party’s digital campaigns team, leading the production and delivery of voter-facing campaigns, and managing the programme of owned, earned, and paid digital content.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the UK Labour Party’s digital campaigns team.
2. Lead the production and delivery of voter-facing campaigns.
3. Manage the programme of owned, earned, and paid digital content.
Qualifications:
1. Strong writing, copy-editing, and proof-reading skills.
2. Ability to manage many different projects at once, from assignment to delivery.
3. Excellent understanding of the principles of online campaigning in a political environment.
4. Experience of managing successful internal digital teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
