We are seeking a skilled National Sales Director to join our team, focusing on the ownership of delivery and accelerated growth strategy for idverde. This role involves the growth of revenue, margin, and market share across our multiple service areas of grounds maintenance, landscaping services, winter works, and play design and installation. Key Responsibilities To collaboratively design a dynamic market growth strategy whilst building a team of regional sales managers to proactively grow the business. Drive excellent performance amongst your sales team to deliver the growth strategy and meet sales targets as per budget. Increase business opportunities through various routes to market keeping up to date with competitor activity. Align existing sales resources, develop a new sales process, review industry innovations, and keep up to date with opportunities to develop idverde services. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in selling services to customers ideally across multiple sectors. Proven experience of designing, recruiting, and managing a successful network of sales managers. The ability to be an inspirational leader motivating large teams of sales professionals. Extensive field sales team management experience. Substantial experience of market growth strategy.
