Job Advert: Planner / Repairs Planner / Maintenance Repairs Administrator Location: Sutton, Greater London (SM1 4LE) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (with a 1-hour lunch break) Rate of Pay: PAYE: £15.18 per hour Umbrella: £18.94 per hourMain Purpose of the Job: We are seeking a skilled Planner / Repairs Planner / Maintenance Repairs Administrator to join our team in Sutton. The successful candidate will ensure works orders are scheduled through our in-house appointments system, allocate repair tasks to trade operatives, and ensure all work is completed with minimal turnaround time. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of planning and scheduling responsive repair work with minimal supervision. Collaborate with various stakeholders (surveyors, Contract Managers, Repairs Team Supervisors, Building Control, and Order Compliance Officers) to ensure repair jobs are completed effectively. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, representing SHP's high standards.Skills & Experience Required: Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, pressurized environment, preferably in a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). Proficiency with computer systems. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven experience in customer service. Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance methodologies.Additional Information: Office attendance is required daily.
