Operational Support Officer
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 + Up to 10% Bonus + Exceptional Benefits
Location: Sunderland (Hybrid Working)
My client is a rapidly growing organisation offering a range of services to the Professional Services sector across the globe. As part of their exciting growth plans an opportunity exists to join this business as an Operational Support Officer.
This role will provide essential support across multiple areas of the business, helping to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships with their referral partners and customers. They are looking for a pro-active and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a varied role and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
* Assist the Account Management team with customer onboarding and queries
* Support the main point of contact with managing referral partners, ensuring strong engagement and relationship management
* Monitoring partner accounts, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and drive business growth; and acting as a point of contact for partners
* Support with the coordination of company events (training and celebrations etc.)
* Manage and support company-wide tasks, such as ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and processes
* Assist with general office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department
* Provide project-based assistance to different business areas, as required
The Person:
* This opportunity gives scope to recent graduates looking for a role offering breadth to explore a number of different business areas, or offers an individual with an already established career a platform to showcase their skills in a varied and rewarding way
* Professional services experience preferred, but not essential
* Experience in an administrative or customer support role, or demonstratable evidence from academia
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
* Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of prioritisation skills
* A willingness to learn, whether working independently or as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience of using creative tools such as Canva or similar design software would be advantageous, but not essential
