Job responsibilities The core responsibilities will be to: Work within the Business Support and wider team, assisting where directed, in a pro-active and professional manner. Take responsibility to ensure administrative and customer service practices are of a high quality. Follow up enquiries, escalations and complaints from parents/carers, the childrens workforce and partners. Responsible for maintaining records and electronic filing up to date. Proofread, format, edit and update clinical documents (with training and guidance) as required by the business.
