Group Summary

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Controller, supports the division’s Finance department with general accounting duties.
Your Responsibilities
* Tracks, maintains, and reports on fixed assets and submits capital spending requests.
* Monitoring and tracking tooling transactions, auditing and collecting information needed for billing.
* Month-end and year-end closing duties including journal entries, intercompany balancing, account reconciliations, and reporting.
* Purchasing administrative and vendor setup functions.
* Cross training and backup for other finance department functions.
* Other duties as assigned, such as cash forecasting, assisting with tax package, lease tracking, and hourly payroll.

Your preferred qualifications
Education/Certification/Licensure:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field desired.
Experience:
* Ideal for recent college graduate or 1-3 years of experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; problem resolution skills; detail-oriented with good organizational skills; ability to interact with people at all levels and departments; willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
