The Role
As a Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service from the moment they place an order to the moment it arrives. You’ll work closely with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly—keeping customers informed, resolving any issues, and making sure every detail is spot on.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Be a point of contact for customer queries, offering timely and helpful updates
Work with couriers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries
Investigate and resolve delivery or order issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and keep systems updated
Monitor stock and flag any potential shortages or delays
Support reporting and performance tracking relating to order fulfilmentWhat You’ll Need:
Experience in a customer service or order processing role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
