About The Role
Based in Aberdeen, in the North East of Scotland, and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your negotiating and influencing skills to drive sales of Cala's highly desirable new build homes. You will also ensure the efficient and accurate processing of associated administrative tasks, managing the sales process from reservation to exchange and completion through our onsite IT systems. All while delivering a customer experience of the highest standard.
To succeed, you will bring previous sales experience from the housebuilding or customer-facing sector, along with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. Experience in selling premium products in a consultative manner would be advantageous.
You will be passionate and energetic about matching customers with the right home, delivering a first-class sales experience, meeting KPIs, and providing five-star service from the initial enquiry to final completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and gather valuable insights for the sales management and marketing teams, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to meet sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including:
o General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Safeguarding customer data with the utmost care and diligence.
o Consumer Protection Act: Promoting products and services in a compliant, transparent, and fair manner.

* Confidently use IT systems, managing the onsite database effectively.

Previous experience with an online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is desirable, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
