Liaising with clients, service providers and team members daily this role is a pivotal point in the chain of service. A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential Impeccable grooming and personal presentation. Excellent communication and management relationship skills. Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel) Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards What are you going to do: Meet and greet visitors, clients and colleagues by providing a five star welcome, ensuring visitors are looked after through to meeting their host. Sign in visitors according to AXA security procedures, inform host of visitor’s arrival. To assist visitors and colleagues with queries in a knowledgeable/professional manner and be proactive in supporting and resolving issues. To maintain excellent front of house standards and keep the reception area and security office behind reception tidy and clean at all times. To answer the telephones from customers and occupiers in a friendly, timely and professional manner. To take ownership of the management of meeting room facilities, including IT equipment and supplies, assist with the preparation of meeting rooms where necessary, ensuring they are always clean, tidy and ready for use (within the constraints of back-to-back room bookings). To take ownership of the management of the Business Centre facilities, including drinks machines to ensure these are kept clean and stocked at all times. Management of Access Control Cards (starters, leavers, visitors, lost and stolen). Report all maintenance issues to the FM Helpdesk. Understand, anticipate and deliver customer/client needs while building effective relationships. Liaise and work with the facilities team to deliver a prompt and professional service. Liaise with system administrators with any software issues.
