My client specialises in the manufacture and supply of batteries, battery packs, chargers and lighting products for both individuals and professionals. They are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis.
Key Accounts Manager
Location: Solihull
Type: Full Time / Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £36,000 - £40,800 dependent on experience + OTE
Contract: Permanent
Main Missions:
1. Developing existing customers by creating partnerships.
2. Produce, implement, and maintain account development plans for a portfolio of customers.
3. Identifying and developing new opportunities within your portfolio of customers.
4. Providing accurate forecasting from your portfolio of customers.
5. Achieving monthly KPI’s and revenue targets in line with the company's requirements.
6. Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant products and services.
7. Develop internal relationships with colleagues across the business to provide the best level of service to your customers.
8. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
9. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and management.
Profile / Skills Required:
1. Confident telephone manner and tenacious sales approach.
2. Ability to apply / win / manage public-private tenders.
3. Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
4. Minimum of 5 years previous experience developing B2B customers, creating partnerships, finding solutions, and increasing revenue from customers.
5. You have a higher education in commerce.
6. Proficiency in using MS Office / CRM.
