What will I be doing?
* Coordinating recruitment activities, including posting adverts, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and processing contracts.
* Using systems such as Workday and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
* Collaborating with recruitment advisors and hiring managers to ensure recruitment runs smoothly and effectively.
* Supporting assessment days and onboarding processes, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience.
* Contributing to process improvements and collaborating with external suppliers when required.
What do I need to be successful?
* Prior HR or recruitment experience would be advantageous, particularly in a high-volume environment.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across various teams and stakeholders.
* Data-driven mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
* The capacity to review, challenge and improve existing processes.
* Experience managing supplier relationships to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Summary
Purpose: The Recruitment Co-ordinator works across the Resourcing & Talent team to provide support to the Core, Temporary, and Associate recruitment processes where appropriate. They will support co-ordination of recruitment activity in all AQA office locations. Candidate experience is at the heart of this role.
Activities:
* Co-ordinate recruitment activity within AQA Education, supporting tasks such as posting adverts, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and administrative duties including processing employment contracts and onboarding documents.
* Support the organisation of assessment days: booking in candidates, checking right to work documents and providing updates to recruitment advisors and hiring managers.
* Identifying skills to match candidates with suitable vacancies.
* Screen and assess candidates using a range of recruitment methods.
* Produce meaningful data and MI relating to recruitment demand and supply as required.
* Provide regular and consistent candidate communication and handle queries throughout the recruitment process.
* Support on-site inductions to ensure onboarding is smooth and efficient for our new starters.
* Process and organise contract offers and declines, communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
* Ensure our ATS is maintained and kept up to date.
* Liaise with external suppliers where necessary to support recruitment activity.
* Raise purchase orders for recruitment activity when required.
* Process reference requests, review referencing outcomes, rejecting and accepting candidates into the holding pools.
* Support Continuous Improvement of recruitment processes, working with People Operations colleagues to test and implement changes.
* Review and test new ATS features, working with Recruitment Advisors to co-ordinate implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience of working in HR / Recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
* Experience of managing suppliers, working with them to meet SLAs and KPIs.
* A highly organised approach to work, able to manage competing demands on your time and deliver results that matter.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills – able to enrol and engage others through multiple mediums.
* Consistent attention to detail and process – focused on underpinning discussions with data.
* Flexibility of approach and ability to exercise own judgement for priority setting.
* Have a “step up” mindset: use sound judgement and take accountability for actions.
* Be results focused: make pragmatic decisions and deliver at pace.
