An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager with 2 years of recent experience in residential child or Learning Disabilities care to join a family-run Kent-based company providing high-quality care that supports children's well-being and development.
As a Registered Manager, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional care while fostering their development and a positive home environment.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years of recent experience in residential child or Learning Disabilities care.
3. Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role.
4. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
5. Valid UK driving licence.
