This is a hands-on, commercially focused role, combining client services with team management, budget oversight, and pitch development. You’ll be the key connector between clients and creative execution — ensuring campaigns deliver impact, relevance, and results.
You will be expected to manage a team of up to 3 and bridge the gap between client and agency, ensuring campaigns are planned and delivered to a high specification and ensuring account growth and supporting increased revenue into the agency.
You will report directly to the Account Director and will be a key component in driving the agency forward via excellent account management and client development skills, ensuring every project is planned and delivered to a high specification. You will also work closely with your Account Director in client pitches and presentations, spotting areas of account growth.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on youth and student audiences (ages 18-30)
* Manage a team of up to 3, supporting their growth and performance, 121's etc
* Act as day-to-day contact for client relationships and campaign delivery
* Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to new business development
* Own campaign budgets and financial reporting to ensure profitability
* Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teams
* Be involved in campaign fieldwork, sometimes requiring UK/EU travel
* Support social and live event activations
What We’re Looking For:
* 4+ years’ experience in an agency client services role (ideally within experiential, events, or a social agency)
* A pro at managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns
* Confident team leader with experience developing talent
* Strong communicator, organised, and detail-obsessed
* Deep understanding of youth culture, social media trends, and what drives Gen Z
* Comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Big on ideas, collaboration, and creative problem-solving
* Exceptional attention to detail across decks, reports, and budgets
* Strong relationship-building skills (with clients, partners, and internal teams)
* Positivity and energy that uplifts your team and fuels culture
* A pulse on what’s trending, what’s coming next, and what makes young people tick
