Job Summary
We areseeking an Artificial Lift Engineering Specialist to join the JRAKEngineering and SGNA Engineering divisions of Well CompletionOperation & Production Engineering Department. The JRAK andSGNA Engineering Production Engineering divisions are responsiblefor maximizing the efficiency and output of This Companyunconventional assets by employing cuttingedge techniques andtechnologies to optimize production processes enhance reservoirperformance and reduce operational cost.
Responsibilities:
* Lead production optimization solutions forexisting producing wells and future development areas.
* Develop innovative and effective plunger lift and rodlift designs tailored to unconventional reservoir characteristics.Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize artificial liftsystems for various well conditions.
* Overseethe implementation and daytoday operation of plunger lift and rodlift systems. Monitor system performance analyze data and makerealtime adjustments to ensure optimal production rates.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related toartificial lift systems utilizing indepth knowledge and experience.Provide rapid response to emergencies that impact liftoperations.
* Analyze production data wellperformance trends and equipment performance to identifyopportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.Implement datadriven solutions to enhance lift systemperformance.
* Collaborate closely withcrossfunctional teams including reservoir engineers productionengineers and field technicians to align lift system strategieswith reservoir and production goals.
* Mentorand train junior team members on artificial lift best practicestroubleshooting techniques and unconventional fieldchallenges.
* Conduct daily productionmonitoring and well surveillance.
* Possess adeep understanding of well loading issues well deliquificationpractices and production best practices.
Requirements:
* This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
* Hold a Bachelors degreein petroleum or mechanical engineering from a recognized andapproved program.
* Possess at least 10 years ofexperience in production engineering and optimization including aminimum of 5 years in artificial lift systems design implementationand optimization.
* Demonstrate strong expertisein unconventional behaviors well performance analysis and fluiddynamics.
* Have substantial handson experiencein unconventional fields with a focus on plunger lift and rod liftsystems.
* Showcase a proven track record ofsuccessful artificial lift system design optimization andtroubleshooting.
* Bring experience inunconventional resources or HPHT/tight gas & oil wells with agood understanding of hydraulic fracturing and its impact onflowback/production practices.
* Possess workingknowledge in production assurance and optimization of naturalflowing oil and gas wells.
* Exhibit expertisein relevant software tools for lift system analysis and datainterpretation.
* Demonstrate strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to think criticallyunder pressure.
* Have knowledge of industryregulations safety practices and environmentalstandards.
