About You:
Compassionate, empathetic, and leadership-driven.

Willing to work towards or possessing a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Drivers are highly desirable due to the active lifestyles of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Team Leader in daily service management.
Manage staffing issues including sickness, vacancies, and training compliance.
Ensure adherence to governance and safeguarding protocols, promptly addressing any concerns.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met.
Foster effective communication across the team and ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible.
Support a competent team to meet people needs and expectations.
Proactively handle the emotional climate of the service, escalating issues as necessary.
Other Responsibilities:
Positively represent Encompass and promote a supportive emotional environment.
Meet all training requirements and continuously improve skills to support organizational needs.
Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all Encompass policies.
Safeguard against any actions that could harm individuals supported, reporting as required.
