Private Client Senior Associate / Partner - Oxford
A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Senior Associate or Partner to join its established Oxford office. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked law firm.

The firm works closely with financial advisors, accountants, and wealth managers, offering a seamless and holistic service to clients.
The Oxford office is a key hub for the firm's private wealth services, supporting clients across Oxfordshire, the Thames Valley, and beyond.
The Role
This role provides the opportunity to take on a senior position within a thriving team, with responsibilities including:
* Advising high-net-worth individuals, trustees, and business owners on estate planning, tax, and trust matters
* Managing complex estates, including those with business and agricultural assets
* Handling probate and estate administration, including cross-border estates
* Providing guidance on Court of Protection matters and vulnerable client issues
* Leading and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting team development
* Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management, helping to expand the firm's private client offering in the region
The Ideal Candidate
The firm is looking for an experienced and commercially minded private client solicitor who:
* Has at least 8 years' PQE in private client law
* Is a STEP member (or willing to work towards qualification)
* Has experience advising on complex estates, trusts, and tax planning
* Possesses strong business development and networking skills
* Has a track record of leading a team and mentoring junior lawyers
* Works collaboratively with financial advisors, accountants, and wealth managers
