As a Systemic Family Psychotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychological and emotional issues within a family or systemic context. You will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide systemic therapy and psychotherapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and their family dynamics
* Develop and implement tailored therapeutic treatment plans
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
* Offer guidance to families to improve communication and coping strategies
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
* Support junior staff and contribute to training initiatives
* Stay current with best practices in systemic therapy
Requirements:
* A recognized qualification in Systemic Family Psychotherapy (e.g., MSc, Doctorate)
* Registration as a Systemic Family Psychotherapist (HCPC or equivalent professional body)
