Join Our Team as a Production Manager We're seeking an experienced Production Manager or Supervisor with a background in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing for our Deeside site in North Wales. You'll support site supervisors, manage the supply chain, and ensure the production plan runs smoothly. In this role you will be accountable for Enforce safe work systems and hold team members accountable for health and safety. Provide safe equipment and environment, ensuring proper use of PPE. Inform, train, and supervise employees for safe work practices. Strive for zero injuries by investigating incidents and implementing countermeasures. Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff performance. Ensure efficient production operations and meet customer requirements. Promote continuous improvement and high morale. Support supervisors in managing their teams effectively. Deliver the production plan on time and maintain product quality. Collaborate with the Quality team to resolve incidents and improve processes. Collect and analyze performance data to enhance efficiency. Reduce waste and ensure accurate stock management. Maintain adequate staffing levels for optimal performance. Involve team members in improvement initiatives. Prepare reports and participate in meetings. Liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
